شركة قفزة الامتثال الذكي (SCL) شركة استشارية سعودية في إدارة المخاطر والامتثال والحوكمة، وهي الجهة المسؤولة عن البيانات الشخصية التي تُجمع عبر الموقع sclc.sa. السجل التجاري: 7038206178. للتواصل في شؤون الخصوصية: info@sclc.sa.
تسري هذه السياسة على زوار الموقع ومن يرسلون إلينا طلبات أو استفسارات عبره. ولا تسري على المواقع الخارجية التي قد نضع روابط إليها.
لا يتطلب الموقع إنشاء حساب ولا تسجيل دخول. نجمع البيانات التالية فقط:

لا نستخدم بياناتكم للتسويق المباشر إلا بموافقتكم المسبقة، ولا نتخذ بشأنكم قرارات آلية بالكامل.
إذا تحوّل الاستفسار إلى تعاقد، فإن البيانات والمستندات التي يشاركها العميل أثناء تنفيذ العمل تخضع لعقد التعاقد وشروط السرية وحماية البيانات الواردة فيه، لا لهذه السياسة وحدها.
لا نبيع بياناتكم الشخصية ولا نؤجرها. نشاركها فقط بالقدر اللازم مع:

قد تُستضاف أنظمة استقبال الطلبات أو خدمة البريد الإلكتروني أو خدمة الخطوط على خوادم خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، وقد يطّلع على الطلبات فريقنا في فرع القاهرة. ونلتزم في أي نقل بالضوابط التي يقررها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه.

يمنحكم نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة حقوقاً على بياناتكم، منها:
لممارسة أي حق راسلونا على info@sclc.sa مع ذكر الاسم والبريد أو الجوال المستخدم في الطلب. قد نطلب ما يثبت الهوية، ونرد خلال المهلة التي يحددها النظام.
تُرسل بيانات النماذج عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات لا يطّلع عليها إلا الموظفون المخوّلون بعد تسجيل الدخول، ونطبق ضوابط للحد من الإرسال المسيء. ومع ذلك لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تماماً، وسنُبلغ الجهات المختصة والمتأثرين عند وقوع حادثة تسرب وفق ما يقرره النظام.
لا يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبع. يستخدم فقط:

هذه العناصر ضرورية لعمل الموقع ولا تُستخدم لتتبعكم. يمكنكم حذفها من إعدادات المتصفح. وإذا أُضيفت أدوات تحليل لاحقاً فسنحدّث هذه السياسة ونطلب الموافقة حيث يلزم.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر الموقع أو الأنظمة. ننشر النسخة المحدثة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ النفاذ، ونُبلغ أصحاب الطلبات القائمة بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

Please do not include sensitive data or confidential information about your organisation in messages sent through the website; we will request what we need later through an appropriate channel once an engagement is agreed.
We do not use your data for direct marketing without your prior consent, and we make no fully automated decisions about you.
If an enquiry becomes an engagement, the data and documents the client shares while the work is carried out are governed by that engagement's contract and its confidentiality and data protection terms, not by this policy alone.

The request-handling systems, the email service or the font service may be hosted on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and requests may be viewed by our team at the Cairo branch. Any transfer follows the controls set by the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations.

To exercise any right, write to info@sclc.sa stating the name and the email or mobile number used in the request. We may ask for proof of identity, and we reply within the period the law sets.
Form data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in a database accessible only to authorised staff after signing in, and we apply controls to limit abusive submissions. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, however, and we will notify the competent authority and those affected of any breach as the law requires.
The website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. It uses only:
